You can delete your ChipInTime account and its data at any time.
In the app: Me → Account → Delete Account.
Without the app: Email privacy@chipintime.com from the address on your account, or use the support form at chipintime.com/support and choose “Account deletion” as the topic. We’ll email the address on the account to confirm ownership before anything is deleted.
What gets deleted: Your ChipInTime account, profile and contact details, profile photos, device registrations, and notification tokens.
What we keep, and why: We retain anonymized scores indefinitely so other players’ shared round histories and results remain complete, and anonymized usage analytics to understand usage and improve ChipInTime. These records are no longer linked to your account.
How long it takes: We complete deletion within 30 days.
